Domesticated

Oh man, I am seeing myself actually becoming domestic; cleaning house, making dinner every night, doing laundry; stuff I had decided I wouldn't do until I had kids buuut because preschool is over and I don't have a job I needed something to do. TV just has no appeal anymore, and playing more Wii is out of the question, and I don't have an unlimited supply of money so I can't go buy things like clothes and shoes, which would solve my boredom problems for sure =)) So, I've been making desserts like twice a week at least, breakfast and dinner every night its crazy. Maybe someday soon I will decide that I like cooking... Buuut now, I get to go back to work and make some money which I am pumped about.

So, it's official now! I finally have a job! I'm so excited! The cool thing about it is that it's working in the BYU preschool like I did the first block, planning lessons, playing with the kids outside, eating snack, etc... except now, I get paid for it. Basically the sweetest thing ever. I have been going crazy at home every MWF until 5:30. It's bad.

And, I got an A on my statistics test, which is a pretty big deal, seeing as I got a 75% on the last one. Good thing I have a smart husband who can help me out when I have questions and checks all my homework. I have a pretty sweet deal with this set up.

So we're going to the hunger banquet this weekend at BYU, which I highly recommend everyone go to. It's a lot of fun =) Basically you and your date randomly get assigned to a group and depending on the group that you are in, the food you get is different. The lucky ones get a five course meal sitting at tables all fancy, the next group gets something along the lines of pizza and salad sitting on a chair, and then the majority of people end up getting rice and beans and a tortilla sitting on the floor. It's a really cool experience, and all of the money that we put into it, goes directly to programs helping people get food. It's really great. I think it's like 7 bucks to get in, and if you donate a college text book it goes down to 6 bucks. I'm pretty excited to go, it'll be a surprise to see what we get to eat. =)

Our wedding book is finally being printed! I saw all of the pages the other day and am really really excited to get it now. It's only taken like 7 months... thats ok though, because it'll be worth the wait. Our photographer was fantastic, and part of the package my parents paid for was for this scrapbook like book, except it is hardbound and has hard pages. It's pretty great. It'll be on our coffee table sometime soon so check it out! woot woot!
