it's my goal to post more things on this blog so that i can remember things we do other than the fascinating events we take our child to. so this post is dedicated to my favorite things zak has said in the last few weeks. we've all been sick the entire last week, and it's been torture. so that has made zak's comments especially memorable. 

"i'm coming mother, i'm coming"-- we can thank tangled for that line. the enunciation in his voice is seriously hilarious. 

"mom i haven't met my friend diarrhea yet"- i have no comment about that, other than he was listening to the doctor tell me he could get it with his medicine they were prescribing. 

"mom, i just need a little snack to keep my energy up"

"snickers, i just need a little space. snickers, i'm trying to go peeps {his word for peeing} here!"- this was when he's standing up and she comes and tries to get in the toilet. 

wow.... so much potty talk. sorry about that. let's continue. 

"mom, why is greysen freaking out? simmer down man! simmer down!"

"how do my lips look? i bet they look fantastic"- putting on lipstick. he may need a more present male role model, just kidding, just kidding, babe. no worries, he still loves his trains. ;) 

"is it my birfday yet? cuz i'm gonna turn three and then i can have some gum"- his motives for turning three are quite clear. 

"hey babe, hey babe, where's my owl?"- talking to me. oh the things he picks up. so observant. 

"mom, greysen says he needs to take a nap now so i can watch mighty machines"- he can watch an episode when i get dressed, which is when greysen takes a nap in the morning. so clever. 

"what can i earn for you mom?" he has to do one chore in order to watch tv. in case you couldn't tell, he's watched a lot the last week with being sick, i had to do something to break it up. it works quite well actually.
