have i mentioned how much i love the holidays?? because i do. i love that the radio is playing christmas songs and it's the beginning of november. and i bought egg nog today. and a little ornament for zak yesterday. i can't wait for christmas. especially to celebrate it with the little monster. but before i get there, i figured we should start with thanksgiving. with all that's been crazy around here, i've been thinking about what exactly we are grateful for. so here's my list as of this moment:

1. levi. he is incredible and thoughtful and almost perfect. he makes me a better person. he's a fantastic dad and i love watching him play with the babe.
2. zakary. it's hard to think of what life was like without him. i love his smiley face in the mornings. and him screaming in the bath because he's having so much fun. i love taking him shopping in the cart so i have someone to talk to. i do wish he'd sleep in on the weekends, but its ok because he sleeps through the night.
3. our families. both of them, different as they are, help us so much, temporally and nontemporally.
4. scarves. i have 12. and want more. the weird thing is that i cannot wait for it to get colder so i can wear them all the time without getting so hot!
5. uggs. same as above. except i don't have 12. just 3. haha.
6. snickers. she may be a psycho cat, but she provides much entertainment and will always make you feel loved.
7. soft beds. i don't know how people used to sleep on the ground, because it sucks.
8. the gospel.
9. my truck. little did i know i was so spoiled with my mom-mobile. i love it so much. and how much i can stuff in it.
10. music. baby loves listening to me sing him kid songs, and i love listening to big kid songs.
11. reese's puffs. yes, i am thankful for them. they're incredibly delicious.
12. cameras. so i can document all of our happenings.
13. that i can walk. with the business that's been going on with levi, i'm so so glad it's him and not me.
14. ebay. i've made quite a little collection of cash the last couple weeks having sold my possessions on this website. amazing thing, the internet is.
15. being crafty. i wish i had so much more room in our place so that i could hang up more crafty things and/or store more crafty things. someday, i'll have a room just for myself. =)

it's actually a lot harder than i thought it would be to make a list. i'll admit that most of my things i was going to originally write were cheesy, like microwaves. air conditioning. purses. closets. haha. good thing i didn't write those down.... that'd be lame. haha.
